This is a natural untreated Fancy Purple Sapphire cut by Hawk.

The faceting design is a brilliant oval pavilion with a stepped cut crown

This gem is completely natural and untreated. It is a deep purple with some nice sparkle. Surface polish is very good and the cut is very good. There is a veiled inclusion only visible table down on one of the long sides, price reflects the flaw.
